Anthropic and Switch Plan Multibillion Dollar IPOs

Two high-profile tech listings are moving closer to market, with Anthropic and data center operator Switch each reported to be advancing plans for multibillion dollar IPOs.This week's private company news:Anthropic is seeking to meet with investors ahead of its potential IPO and banks leading the offering are scheduling meetings in the coming weeks, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's Bailey Lipschultz. The Claude chatbot maker is considering an initial public offering as soon as in October, Bloomberg has reported.Data center operator Switch has tapped investment banks for an IPO that could raise up to $10B as soon as the fourth quarter and value the company at nearly $80B, including debt, Reuters' Echo Wang and Milana Vinn, citing two people familiar with the matter. Plaid Considers IPO with $8 Billion Valuation

Plaid is reportedly considering an initial public offering and has held early discussions with banks after securing an $8B valuation earlier this year, while Minted is said to be exploring a sale that could value the design platform at about $1B as it works with JPMorgan following inbound interest.This week's private company news:Plaid, the technology company whose network helps fintech apps connect to customer accounts, is considering an initial public offering, Bloomberg's Bailey Lipschultz and Paige Smith, citing people familiar with the matter.
