AmpliTech Secures $1.03M Order, Backlog Reaches $52M
AmpliTech Group announced that its AmpliTech division has received a $1.03M follow-on purchase order for low-noise amplifiers from a Fortune 1000 satellite communications company. The additional order increases the company's total backlog to a record level above $52M. Based on current production plans and customer delivery schedules, the company expects to fulfill this backlog during the remainder of fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2027.
AmpliTech Secures $21.7M Order, Sets Company Record
AmpliTech Group announced that it has received a $21.7M follow-on purchase order for its 5G O-RAN radio products, representing the largest single purchase order in the company's history. The new order supports ongoing deployments for an Asian mobile network operator, or MNO, in connection with the company's previously announced $78M 5G O-RAN radio letter of intent, or LOI, program. Including this latest order, cumulative purchase orders received under the program have reached approximately $34M, representing nearly 44% of the original LOI value. As a result of this latest purchase order, AmpliTech's total company backlog has increased to more than $51M, establishing a new all-time company record. The new order is consistent with the company's earlier communications regarding the anticipated progression of this initiative. The program continues to advance and demonstrates the transition of this previously announced commercial opportunity into tangible customer commitments.
AmpliTech Receives Over $17M in Orders
AmpliTech Group announced that it received more than $17M in customer purchase orders during the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The quarterly total includes previously announced follow-on orders supporting existing 5G Open RAN programs for Asian and North American mobile network operators. These repeat orders reflect continued purchasing activity under established customer programs and the ongoing commercial deployment of AmpliTech's O-RAN technology. Notably, more than 3,000 AmpliTech radio units have now been deployed in support of its North American MNO program, the company said in a statement.
AmpliTech Secures $7.3M Follow-On Orders
AmpliTech Group announced that it has received approximately $7.3M in follow-on orders supporting deployments for an Asian mobile network operator in connection with the company's previously announced 5G O-RAN radio Letter of Intent program. The orders represent renewed purchasing activity under the program following deployment of AmpliTech's O-RAN radios at end-customer 5G sites. "We are very pleased to receive approximately $7.3M in follow-on orders supporting this Asian MNO deployment. We believe repeat orders following deployment represent strong commercial validation of our technology and execution capabilities," said Fawad Maqbool, Chairman, CEO and CTO of AmpliTech Group. "Together with the follow-on orders recently received in support of our North American MNO program, we believe these orders reflect continued customer confidence in our ability to perform in real-world O-RAN networks. They also restore meaningful momentum under the previously announced LOI program and further strengthen AmpliTech' s commercial position as we focus on converting our growing opportunity pipeline into shipments and revenue."
AmpliTech Group Secures Orders for Three Custom Components
AmpliTech Group announced that its AmpliTech Group Microwave Design Center, or AGMDC, division has received orders for three newly developed custom Gallium Arsenide components for use in an advanced phased-array satellite communications system. The three components were competitively sourced by the customer, with AGMDC selected based on the performance of its custom designs against the customer's demanding technical requirements. AGMDC worked closely with the customer's engineering team to develop solutions addressing critical RF performance requirements while also meeting the program's cost objectives. Winning all three custom components represents an important technical and commercial validation of AGMDC's advanced MMIC design capabilities and further expands AmpliTech Group's participation in the growing satellite communications market. The orders establish AGMDC as a supplier of these custom components for the customer's phased-array platform. As the customer's program advances, AGMDC believes the awards position the division to support additional production requirements, subject to customer demand, program schedules and future purchase orders.
