Federal Agricultural Mortgage appointed Nader Pasdar as its EVP - Chief Business Officer, starting August 17. Pasdar will report directly to Zachary Carpenter, who previously served as the company's EVP - Chief Business Officer and assumed the role of President and CEO on July 1. Prior to joining Farmer Mac, he served as CEO of Rabo Securities and Managing Director, Head of Markets North America for Rabobank, where he was responsible for capital markets, sales, trading, business development, and compliance activities across North America.

"Farmer Mac delivered record second quarter results, with business volume, revenue, and core earnings all reaching all-time highs, a testament to the strength of our mission-driven franchise and the disciplined execution of our strategy across every part of our business," said CEO Zachary Carpenter.
