"We delivered strong sales performance and margin improvement in the second quarter, driven by sustained momentum across our businesses and solid operational execution by the team. Internal local currency sales growth accelerated compared to the first quarter, which, combined with strong gross margins and the early benefits from our value creation initiatives, drove strong earnings growth," said CEO Fred Lowery. Henry Schein Establishes Leadership Team, Restructures Executive Management

Henry Schein announced that it is creating the Henry Schein Leadership Team, HSLT, to replace its Executive Management Committee. The Company will also integrate its global supply chain organization with its global distribution group. The new leadership structure will continue to develop the Company's strategic priorities, accelerate its execution, and enhance enterprise collaboration. In addition, Michael Ettinger, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mark Mlotek, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, and James Mullins, the Company's Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain, will transition out of their roles effective October 30, 2026. Ettinger, Mlotek, and Mullins will continue in their roles until October 30th, and thereafter will remain as Senior Advisors to the Company.
