Home BancShares Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend Increase to 23 Cents
Home BancShares announced that its board of directors has declared a regular 23c per share quarterly cash dividend payable September 2 to shareholders of record August 12. This cash dividend represents a 2c, or 9.5%, increase over the 21c cash dividend paid during the second quarter of 2026 and a 3c, or 15%, increase over the 20c cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2025.

Home BancShares Q2 Revenue Reaches $295.1 Million
Reports Q2 revenue $295.1M, consensus $289.22M. "Home BancShares delivered another quarter of strong profitability and balance sheet expansion in the second quarter. Highlights include a record PPNR, as adjusted, of $171.2 million, a record total net revenue of $295.1 million, smart loan growth, increase to book value and maintaining a stable margin, while returning capital through meaningful share repurchases and adjusted EPS of $0.64," said John Allison, Chairman.
