Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Alphio account and the personal data associated with it. Submit your request below and our team will process it within 30 days.

Before you delete: If you created an Alphio wallet, export your private key or withdraw your balance to zero first. Once the account is deleted, the wallet and any assets left in it cannot be recovered, and Alphio is not responsible for the resulting loss.

What will be deleted

• Your profile (name, email, avatar, login methods).
• Your content (chats, watchlists, custom strategies, saved reports).
• Your activity history (orders placed via Alphio, automated tasks, signals).
• Linked brokerage credentials and any analytics data tied to your account.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, the data above cannot be recovered.

How it works

1. Submit your registered email address using the form below.
2. We will verify your identity by emailing the address you provide.
3. Once verified, we delete your account and confirm completion by email.

Processing time

Most requests are completed within 7 days. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal or anti-fraud purposes, then permanently removed.
