What will be deleted
- Your profile (name, email, avatar, login methods).
- Your content (chats, watchlists, custom strategies, saved reports).
- Your activity history (orders placed via Alphio, automated tasks, signals).
- Linked brokerage credentials and any analytics data tied to your account.
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, the data above cannot be recovered.
How it works
- Submit your registered email address using the form below.
- We will verify your identity by emailing the address you provide.
- Once verified, we delete your account and confirm completion by email.
Processing time
Most requests are completed within 7 days. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal or anti-fraud purposes, then permanently removed.
