QXO Appoints Ken West as President and COO
QXO (QXO) announced the appointment of Ken West as President and COO, effective September 1. West will report to CEO Brad Jacobs and be responsible for QXO's day-to-day operations. West brings an extensive track record of high-impact operational leadership and driving major business transformations. He joins QXO from Honeywell Technologies (HON), where he most recently served as President and CEO of Honeywell Process Technology, which holds the leading global position in process technology.
Honeywell Appoints Billal Hammoud as President and CEO of Process Technology
Honeywell Technologies announced the appointment of Billal Hammoud as President and CEO of Process Technology, a component of the company's Process Automation & Technology reportable business segment, effective Oct. 1. A veteran of Honeywell Technologies, Hammoud will succeed Ken West who is leaving the company to pursue an external opportunity as of Aug. 31. Juan Picon, President of Building Automation Americas, will succeed Hammoud as President and CEO of Building Automation, also effective Oct. 1. Hammoud and Picon will both report to Vimal Kapur, Chairman and CEO of Honeywell Technologies.

Honeywell Completes Sale of Warehouse and Workflow Solutions Business
Honeywell has completed the sale of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business to American Industrial Partners in an all-cash transaction. The business operates commercially under the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands. The divestiture of WWS allows Honeywell Technologies to further focus on its pure-play automation portfolio in the Building, Industrial and Process end markets, and the long-term growth opportunities aligned with the industrial sector's transition from automation to autonomy. In addition, the company completed the divestiture of its Personal Protective Equipment business in 2025 and has announced the sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services business, with expected closing in early August of 2026.
