DataMEDS AI has officially completed its stock trading symbol change to 'MEDS'. The Company began trading under the new stock symbol 'MEDS' on the NASDAQ Capital Market stock exchange effective at the start of trading on Wednesday, July 22. Completion of the symbol change completes the corporate rebranding from the prior corporate name Wellgistics Health. The Company is focused on completing its previously disclosed series of acquisition and licensing transactions.

Wellgistics Updates Record Date for Dream Bowl 2026 Token Distribution
Wellgistics Health (WGRX) announced an updated record date for the distribution of the Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coin to Wellgistics stockholders. On December 3, 2025, Wellgistics announced that it would distribute one Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coin for every one share of Wellgistics Health common stock held as of a designated record date. Wellgistics has now set a new record date of July 31 for determining stockholders entitled to receive the Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coin. Holders of Wellgistics common stock as of the new record date of July 31 will be entitled to receive fifty Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coins for each share of Wellgistics common stock that they hold. Wellgistics will distribute any necessary notices and forms to stockholders to obtain each holder's digital wallet information to allow such holders to receive their Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coins. The distribution date will be determined by subsequent resolution in coordination with DataVault AI (DVLT).
Wellgistics Health Appoints Brett Thompson as Consulting CTO
Wellgistics Health appointed Brett Thompson as the company's consulting Chief Technology Officer. Concurrent with this announcement, the company announced that Srini Kalla has stepped down from the role of CTO of Wellgistics Health. Thompson is the Founder and President of Pivcon, a technology consulting, software engineering, and executive technology leadership firm providing enterprise software architecture, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, and technology leadership services to highly regulated industries.
Wellgistics Health Executives Exercise 200,000 Warrants
Wellgistics Health announced that its Executive Chairman Suren Ajjarapu and President & Interim Co-CEO Prashant Patel have exercised all warrants previously issued to them in connection with the conversion of their outstanding salaries into common shares at $10 per share. The exercise of the warrants resulted in the issuance of a total of 200,000 to the executives. Following the exercise of these warrants, Wellgistics confirms that as of the date of this press release there are 2,847,198 common shares outstanding. Certain stockholders holding approximately 1,533,930 common shares, representing a majority of the outstanding common shares, have entered into lock-up agreements that preclude the sale of their shares into the market for at least ninety days from today's date.
