Generac Holdings Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and provider of a range of energy technology solutions. It offers power generation equipment, energy storage systems, energy management devices and solutions, and other power products and services serving residential, commercial, data center, telecom, and industrial markets. Its segments include Domestic and International. Domestic segment includes its business and all historical acquisitions based in the United States and Canada. International segment includes all historical acquisitions not based in the United States and Canada. It has developed a line of energy storage systems for use in residential solar-plus-storage applications, as well as microinverters for residential solar energy production. It has a selection of energy monitoring and management devices and controls that serve as the central hub for its residential and C&I energy ecosystems. It designs and manufactures other power products, including light towers.
Generac Holdings Inc is a good buy right now due to its strong growth potential driven by a $2.4 billion generator order from Amazon, which is expected to significantly boost revenue. The current price is $224.94, and analysts have set a price target as high as $303, indicating a potential upside of about 35%. Additionally, the company has a forward P/E of 15.90, suggesting it is reasonably valued relative to its growth prospects. However, a key risk is the recent downgrade by Citi, which lowered its price target to $232, indicating some market skepticism about future performance.

$GNRC a member asked me to analyze this stock using @spotgamma #equity #hub The stock officially cleared its $210.00 Call Wall. $210 represents the largest concentration of bullish open interest, and crossing above it shifts the structural market mechanics completely in favor of the bulls. When a stock breaks past its Call Wall, market makers who sold those calls are forced to buy shares of the underlying stock to keep their portfolios delta-neutral, triggering a mechanical gamma squeeze. Game Plan for Tomorrow's Open Because the Top Gamma Expiration sits on October 16, 2026, the options positioning has plenty of time to fuel an extended multi-week trend rather than a quick 24-hour flash in the pan. The Long Squeeze Scenario If GNRC gaps up or holds above $212.50 at tomorrow's opening bell, the gamma squeeze remains fully active. Because the orange gamma line on the SpotGamma chart dives into deeper negative territory past $210, there is very little structural overhead options friction. The chart shows a wide-open volume pocket that can quickly pull the stock toward $220.00 and $225.00 as market makers chase their hedges. The Intraday Stop/Failure Level If the breakout faces quick profit-taking at the open, watch the $210.00 Call Wall level closely. If the stock breaks back below $210 and stays there for more than 15 minutes, the squeeze is temporarily neutralized. Dealers will begin selling their shares, likely causing the stock to drift back down to test the $205.00 volume shelf. These are my thoughts, not investment advice.

$GNRC I was thinking about buying this stock yesterday and didn't because of the macro landscape. It made too much sense given the likely stresses we will see on the power grid. Up 33% after-hours: Generac enters into a supply pact with Amazon for backup power generators. In a regulatory filing, it was disclosed that on September 16, Generac Holdings (GNRC) and Amazon (AMZN) entered into an agreement under which the company issued to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amazon a warrant to acquire up to 1.69M shares of common stock of the company at an exercise price of $200.9266 per share. 307,954 warrant shares vested immediately with the remaining balance vesting over the term of the warrant in multiple tranches contingent upon aggregate gross payments, net of certain offsets, received by the company and its global affiliates from or on behalf of Amazon and its affiliates for backup power generators for Amazon data centers, up to a total of $8B. On the date of issuance, the company and Amazon executed a long-term supply agreement. Initial deliveries of backup generators are expected to total $2.4B in 2027 and 2028. Subject to vesting and certain conditions in the warrant and the agreement, the warrant may be exercised, in whole or in part, through either a cash exercise or a cashless exercise at the election of Holdings on or before September 16, 2033. The exercise price and the number of warrant shares are subject to anti-dilution adjustments. The company has granted registration rights with respect to the warrant shares.
