"Apple does not use Taction's technology, and we will appeal." 2) Nubank (NU) held discussions to acquire Monzo Bank in a deal that could value Monzo at around GBP 8B to GBP 10B, Crystal Tse, Vinicy Chan, and Bella Farr of Bloomberg reports, citing people with knowledge of the matter. Monzo is also considering other alternatives, such as a new funding round. 3) Nektar (NKTR) in 2023 filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Eli Lilly (LLY) alleging, among other claims, breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing in connection with the license agreement governing the parties' prior collaboration for the development and commercialization of rezpegaldesleukin. 4) Boeing (BA) has discovered a glitch to the 737 MAX software that could cause its automated navigation feature to fail, Andrew Tangel of The Wall Street Journal reports.
