Overview

This Skill enables programmatic trading with Tiger Brokers using the tigeropen Python SDK.

This Skill enables programmatic trading with Tiger Brokers using the tigeropen Python SDK. After creating a ~/.tiger-config.json with tiger_id, account, and private_key_pk8, users can query contracts, fetch current prices from itiger.com, and place market or limit orders (MKT, LMT) for US and HK stocks and ETFs. Core features include placing BUY/SELL orders, setting limit prices and quantities, toggling sandbox mode, and retrieving account/contract information. Common use cases are automated trade execution, portfolio rebalancing, algorithmic strategies, and batch order placement. Advantages include direct broker integration for low-latency order submission, reproducible scripts, and straightforward configuration. Note: protect private_key_pk8 and validate live-market prices before submitting orders.
