1933 Industries Issues Final Reminder for Convertible Debenture Holders to Submit Conversion Instructions
1933 Industries issues a final reminder to holders of its unsecured convertible debentures issued in 2024 that, December 22, 2025, is the final day to submit conversion instructions in accordance with the terms of the debenture agreement. The maturity date of the debentures is December 31, 2025; however, pursuant to the debenture terms, conversion requests must be received on or before December 22, 2025 in order to be processed.

Triumph, Divergent to partner to qualify manned aircraft components
Triumph Group and Divergent Technologies announced a partnership to qualify multiple critical manned aircraft components manufactured with the Divergent Adaptive Production System, "marking a significant milestone in bringing advanced digital manufacturing technologies into production for high-performance aerospace applications," the companies stated. "The program will see approximately 100 units delivered over the next two years, representing a multi-ton sum of qualified additive manufacturing material by the end of the production run. The partnership underscores both companies' commitment to speed, quality, and adoption of leading edge, production-ready technologies," the companies added.
Triumph Group not providing guidance for FY26
On February 3, 2025, TRIUMPH announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement under which affiliates of growth-focused private equity firms Warburg Pincus LLC and Berkshire Partners LLC will acquire TRIUMPH through a newly formed entity for a total enterprise value of approximately $3 billion. The transaction is expected to close before or during the second half of calendar year 2025 and is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals. In light of the pending transaction, TRIUMPH has suspended quarterly earnings conference calls and webcasts. In addition, consistent with customary practice during the pendency of such transactions, TRIUMPH will not provide financial guidance for fiscal 2026.
