Robo.ai's Subsidiary ALIF Holding Establishes ALIF Composites in UAE
Robo.ai announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, ALIF Holding, plans to establish ALIF Composites as a majority-owned subsidiary in the UAE. Production is targeted for Q4 2026, with annual manufacturing capacity of 10M square meters of composite raw materials targeted for 2027. ALIF Composites plans to operate at the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain, where Phase I broke ground on September 25. Its planned portfolio includes carbon fiber composites, prepregs, custom components and engineering services for marine, mobility, energy and industrial customers. ALIF Holding will focus on production readiness, product validation and customer development, with the objective of converting manufacturing capabilities into batch deliveries and recurring supply business as a new source of growth for Robo.ai.
Company Reports September Revenue Exceeds $100 Million
The company said, "Total revenue for September exceeded US$100 million, primarily contributed by Quantum Core Capital Limited. The September revenue information is preliminary and unaudited, has not been reviewed by the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, and may be adjusted through financial closing and review procedures."
Robo.ai Expects Total Revenue of $600 Million for 2026
The company said, "As previously disclosed, QC Capital's operating businesses provide operational management and delivery services to enterprise customers, charging for completed delivery orders accepted by customers. Since its acquisition on June 15, 2026, QC Capital has maintained stable operations and service delivery while consistently contributing revenue. The Company believes this performance reflects smooth integration and provides a foundation for further development. Supported by current business performance, Robo.ai expects approximately US$600 million in total revenue for full year 2026 and remains focused on integration and disciplined operations. Revenue alone does not establish the Company's profitability or operating cash flow position."
Robo.ai Breaks Ground on Phase I of ALIF Industrial Park in UAE
Robo.ai announced that a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Umm Al Quwain for Phase I of the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park. The first of the Industrial Park's three planned phases will have a designed gross floor area of approximately 8,845 square meters and is expected to involve the refurbishment of existing factory premises to provide local integration and manufacturing capabilities for ALIF Holding's industrial projects. The site is intended to be held by a majority-owned subsidiary of ALIF Holding whose registration in Umm Al Quwain is in progress; the related transfer procedures are underway and subject to approval by the competent authorities. The Phase I groundbreaking marks an important step in ALIF Holding's efforts to bring its projects into operation through the Industrial Park and establish a local industrial platform. For Robo.ai, the Industrial Park is an important part of its advanced manufacturing strategy. It will support the industrial application of relevant technologies and products in the UAE, facilitate commercialization with government, critical infrastructure and industrial customers, and underpin the development of the Company's intelligent infrastructure business. Robo.ai previously announced plans to establish Alif Maritec, focused on marine security and intelligent maritime infrastructure. It is expected to be the first majority-owned subsidiary project to move into Phase I following refurbishment and operational readiness.
