Hamilton Beach Expects Mid-Single Digit Revenue Growth by 2026
Hamilton Beach still sees 2026 revenue growth in mid-single digits
Company Reports Q2 Revenue of $142.6 Million
Reports Q2 revenue $142.6M compared to $127.8M last year. "We delivered a solid second quarter, with improving underlying performance and gross margins in line with our expectations," said CEO R. Scott Tidey. "Net sales increased low double digits as we recovered volumes lost in the prior year, while our ongoing tariff mitigation actions - including our foreign trade zone, sourcing diversification, and pricing actions - supported healthy gross margins. Our reported results also reflect the benefit from IEEPA tariff refunds of which we plan to reinvest a portion into additional programs to drive increased awareness for our brands and demand for our products. We feel good about our momentum heading into the second half of the year and believe our business is well positioned to deliver continued gains and increased shareholder value over the long-term."
Hamilton Beach Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 4.2%
Hamilton Beach announced that the Board of Directors has approved a 4.2% increase in the company's regular quarterly cash dividend, raising the quarterly amount from 12c per share to 12.5c per share. Hamilton Beach unveils $25 million stock buyback initiative
The Board of Directors also approved a stock repurchase program providing for the purchase of up to $25M of the company's outstanding Class A Common Stock effective January 1, 2026 and running through December 31, 2027. The company's previous share buyback program, effective January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025, authorized the purchase of up to $25M of the company's outstanding Class A Common Stock. Under the company's previously authorized share buyback program, through September 30, 2025 the company has repurchased a total of 1,034,446 shares for a total aggregate purchase price of $20.7M.
Hamilton Beach reports Q2 EPS 33c vs. 42c last year
Reports Q2 revenue $127.8M vs. $156.2M last year. "Q2 presented challenges as significant trade disruptions from new tariff measures impacted the broader industry," said CEO R. Scott Tidey. "Our team responded swiftly with strategic actions, including accelerating our manufacturing diversification, implementing select price increases, and reducing our fixed cost base. While the unprecedented macroeconomic headwinds pressured sales, we were able to lessen the impact on profitability through 160 basis points of gross profit expansion driven by a favorable shift in customer mix including our higher-margin Commercial and Health businesses. Based on our decisive actions to address rapidly changing market conditions, combined with the strength of our brand portfolio, upcoming product launches and new retail placements, we believe we are well positioned to navigate the current environment and emerge with our leadership position intact."
