Based on this outperformance, and our forecast for the remainder of the year, we increased the midpoint of 2026 FFO per share guidance by $0.01 to $2.76."

COPT Defense Properties announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, which is payable on April 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2026. The first quarter dividend represents an annualized amount of $1.28 per share and is a 4.9% increase, or $0.015 per share, over the most recent quarterly dividend of $0.305.
