Result Rules
Elections to the 26th Knesset were held in Israel on October 27, 2026.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if an Arab party is effectively disqualified from taking the seats it won in the 2026 Knesset election by the swearing-in of the 26th Knesset, or November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Israel time, whichever comes first. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
An Arab party is defined as Ra'am (United Arab List) or the Joint List.
A disqualification is defined as any official action by Israeli authorities, taken after the October 27, 2026 election, that prevents an Arab party from taking the seats it won in the 26th Knesset. This includes, but is not limited to: an official determination that all votes cast for an Arab party’s list will not be counted or will be invalidated; the members elected on an Arab party’s list being barred from taking their seats in the Knesset; or an Arab party being forcibly dissolved or deregistered in a manner that prevents its elected members from taking their seats.
The invalidation of votes at individual polling stations, recounts, or other corrections to the official election results will not qualify, even if they reduce the number of seats an Arab party receives or cause its list to fall below the electoral threshold.
A decision of the Central Elections Committee will not by itself qualify. The disqualification must be final and operative for the 2026 Knesset election, meaning that it has been approved or upheld by the Supreme Court of Israel, or that the time for judicial review has expired without the decision being set aside. If the Supreme Court overturns, sets aside, or declines to approve the disqualification, or if the Arab party is otherwise reinstated and permitted to take its seats, the disqualification will not qualify.
A decision by an Arab party to voluntarily withdraw from, boycott, or otherwise decline to take its seats will not qualify. The disqualification, withdrawal, arrest, or barring of individual candidates, members, or officials of an Arab party will not qualify, provided that party’s other elected members are permitted to take their seats.
Confirmation of a disqualification may come from an official announcement by the Israeli government, the Central Elections Committee, the Supreme Court of Israel, the relevant Arab party, or an authorised representative thereof. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
Confirmation must occur by the swearing-in of the 26th Knesset, or November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Israel time, whichever comes first. If no such confirmation occurs by that time, this market will resolve to "No".
This market will resolve based on official information from the Israeli government and the relevant Arab party; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
AI Valuation Analysis: Finding Market Mispricings & EV Gaps
While human consensus and speculative volume shape the broader prediction market, our quantitative algorithms offer a data-driven counter-perspective. By analyzing fundamental signals, underlying trends and historical distributions, our AI Valuation model calculates an independent “Fair Value” probability for each outcome.
Comparing this Fair Value against the current Trade Value uncovers major disparities — known as the Expected Value (EV) Gap. Contracts with a positive EV Gap represent statistically underpriced outcomes, whereas a negative EV Gap flags a potential market overreaction.
Top AI Alpha & Mispriced Arbitrage Opportunities
Based on the latest data model run, several key contracts stand out with significant deviations:
- The Most Overvalued Outcome No currently trades at 98.9%, but our AI places its Fair Value at just 96.6%. This creates a large negative EV Gap of -2.3%, suggesting the crowd may be overhyping this outcome and driving the premium too high.
- The Best Value Play (Highest EV) Our model identifies Yes as the premium value opportunity on the board. While the market only assigns it a 1.1% trading probability, our AI’s Fair Value assessment sits at 3.4% — yielding an impressive +2.3% EV Gap.
| Market | Trade Value | Fair Value | EV Gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| No | 98.9% | 96.6% | -2.3% |
| YesBest EV | 1.1% | 3.4% | +2.3% |

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the current market consensus on "Israel Election: Arab party disqualified?"?
As of the latest update, No leads the field as the frontrunner with a 98.9% win probability, followed by Yes at 1.1%. Total trading volume for this pool has reached $98.2K, indicating deep liquidity and high trader engagement.
How does the AI Fair Value differ from the live Market Trade Value?
The live Market Trade Value reflects public sentiment, order-book momentum and speculative capital. Our AI Fair Value is computed independently with quantitative models that strip out hype to focus on underlying data. When the two diverge, it creates an EV Gap, flagging where the market may be mispricing an outcome.
Which outcome represents the highest Expected Value (EV) right now?
Our latest run flags Yes as the most significant mispricing. While the market trades it at a 1.1% implied probability, our AI calculates a Fair Value of 3.4% — an Expected Value gap of +2.3%, making it the premium value play in this pool.
Is the market consensus overreacting to any specific outcome?
Yes — our data suggests a notable overreaction around No. The crowd has pushed its live Trade Value up to 98.9%, yet our Fair Value assessment puts its real likelihood at just 96.6%, a negative EV Gap of -2.3% that signals the contract is overpriced.
