Viewbix Rebrands to Quantum X Labs, Ticker Changes to QXL
Viewbix announced a comprehensive corporate rebranding to Quantum X Labs. The Company is expected to change its name to Quantum X Labs Inc. and its ticker symbol to "QXL", effective April 30th, 2026. "The new name and brand aims to position Quantum X Labs as a leading company to research, develop, and potentially commercialize innovative quantum solutions across key sectors, including navigation, precision timing, quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, drug discovery, biomedicine, nuclear simulation, transportation, and quantum cyber security. At the heart of this evolution is the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Quantum X Labs Ltd., which the Company acquired in March 2026," the company said.
Viewbix Completes Acquisition of 100% of Quantum X Labs
Viewbix announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Quantum X Labs, a multi-disciplinary quantum technology hub focused on quantum algorithms, navigation, and atomic clocks, pursuant to the definitive share purchase agreement dated December 15, 2025. The acquisition encompasses Quantum's proprietary intellectual property portfolio, including an innovative patent for AI-Quantum Error Correction. In connection with the closing, Viewbix issued common stock and pre-funded warrants representing approximately 40% of its capital stock as of the Agreement Date, with potential additional consideration of up to 12,702,847 shares of the Company's common stock or pre-funded warrants upon achievement of specified post-closing milestones.
Viewbix Subsidiary Quantum Transportation Achieves Cloud Implementation Milestone
Viewbix announced that Quantum Transportation, minority-owned subsidiary of Quantum X Labs Ltd., the Israeli quantum tech group Viewbix is in the process of acquiring, has successfully achieved a key cloud implementation milestone in its transformer-based quantum decoder program. Following the initial validation of its prototype and completion of Milestone 1, including securing a key IP license from Ramot at Tel Aviv University, Quantum Transportation has now implemented its transformer-based neural decoder on an AWS cloud. This cloud deployment establishes the necessary infrastructure to process complex quantum data at scale, enabling efficient handling of noisy intermediate-scale quantum devices.
Quantum X Labs' Quantum Gyro Achieves Technological Breakthrough
Viewbix recently announced a technological breakthrough achieved by Quantum Gyro, a portfolio company of Quantum X Labs, which specializes in the development of a quantum-based gyroscope for advanced navigation solutions. Quantum Gyro has achieved significant results in several critical components of the gyroscope technology development. These results demonstrate performance improvements of several orders of magnitude over legacy and current gyroscope systems- a transformative leap that could redefine precision navigation in GPS-denied environments.
Viewbix Subsidiary Quantum Accuracy Achieves Significant Technological Breakthroughs
Viewbix announced that Quantum Accuracy, a minority-owned subsidiary of Quantum X Labs, has achieved "significant" results in several critical components of the technology's development. By introducing novel developments of an Atomic Clock based on a light-modulation scheme for Ramsey interrogation, the platform enables enhanced coherence times, improved contrast, and strong suppression of systematic shifts that limit the performance of conventional compact atomic clocks. Looking ahead, Quantum Accuracy plans to complete full laboratory-scale experiments, intensify testing and optimization efforts to accelerate stabilization and technology maturation, and submit its first patent application covering the novel light-modulation technique and system architecture.
