3E Network Completes Initial Architecture Specification for Next-Gen Storage Controller
3 E Network announced that its next-generation customized storage controller, designed to address the concurrent data throughput demands of AI large models, has successfully completed the initial system-level architecture specification. Concurrently, the team has preliminarily validated its core data flow algorithmic through software simulation. The R&D team completed a Version 1.0 system-level specification for the storage controller, setting out the preliminary engineering requirements and functional parameters for the detailed circuit design phase. The specification sets out a proposed framework for supporting high-speed bus standards, including customized interface logic designed to support PCIe and CXL standards, and a preliminary routing strategy intended to reduce latency for the Memory Management Unit. With the initial shaping of the system-level architectural design, the chip R&D team has entered a more detailed micro-architecture design phase and has begun the highly complex register transfer level front-end logic coding.

The development, part of a strategic framework agreement with the advanced robotics developer, is designed to support real-time multi-sensor data fusion, local privacy sandbox isolation, and offline processing at the edge. 3E Network Technology Partners with Aladdin Alaris AI for Strategic Collaboration
3 E Network Technology announced that its Hong Kong-based subsidiary, 3e Network Technology Company Limited, entered into a strategic framework agreement on May 18 with Aladdin Alaris AI, an advanced robotics company based in California. The strategic partnership framework aims to combine their respective expertise in underlying semiconductor technology, software development, and mechatronic integration to explore the co-development of next-generation service robots for the smart healthcare and eldercare sectors, while exploring opportunities for joint market expansion in the United States. Under the agreement, the collaboration is intended to extend beyond traditional supply chain procurement and reflects the parties' intention to pursue "Hardware-Software Co-design" joint innovation. The two companies plan to explore technical integration between edge computing chips and complete robotic systems. Under the framework, the company plans to custom-develop the core Edge AI System-on-Chip for the jointly developed eldercare robots and lead the development of highly adaptable real-time control algorithms. Leveraging its expertise in the semiconductor sector, the main control chip would be designed with an advanced heterogeneous architecture aimed at achieving low-latency, concurrent processing of multi-modal sensor data through silicon-level optimization. As a robotics system innovator in California, Aladdin Alaris AI is expected to lead the design of the robotic hardware architecture, mechatronic whole-machine integration, and manufacturing delivery. On the software ecosystem front, Aladdin Alaris AI plans to develop the upper-level master control system and AI decision-making applications, exploring seamless integration into its proprietary smart healthcare cloud platform.
