CSW Industrials Expands Share Repurchase Program to $250M
CSW Industrials announced its board of directors approved the expansion of its current share repurchase program authorization to $250M, increasing the existing $200M authorization. Since the commencement of CSW's share repurchase program in 2017 and to date, the company has repurchased approximately 2.3M shares for a total of $251.6M, at an average share price of $107.53.
CSW Industrials reports Q4 adjusted EPS $2.24, consensus $2.22
Reports Q4 revenue $230.5M, consensus $232.82M. CEO Joseph Armes commented, "I am very pleased to announce record revenue for the fiscal Q4 driven by strategic acquisitions over the prior twelve months as well as strong organic growth in Contractor Solutions. Impressively, the team also achieved record adjusted net income, adjusted earnings per diluted share, and adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal Q4. During the quarter, we announced the agreement to acquire Aspen Manufacturing and consummated the acquisition on May 1, 2025. By adding evaporator coils and air handlers to our current portfolio, we expect to grow our share of wallet with our existing customers and expand our repair offering for the pro-trade. As we look into fiscal 2026, we anticipate delivering full year growth in revenue and adjusted EBITDA for each segment, as well as consolidated EPS growth and continued strong operating cash flow through our disciplined capital allocation strategy."
CSW Industrials renews, extends revolving credit facility
CSW Industrials announced the renewal and extension of its existing Revolving Credit Facility, including an increase of the Facility's commitment from $500 million to $700 million in partnership with a group of nine banks. The renewed Revolving Credit Facility has a five-year term and now matures in May of 2030.
CSW Industrials announces transfer of listing of common stock to NYSE
CSW Industrials will transfer the listing and trading of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange from the Nasdaq Stock Market. The Company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE on Monday, June 9, 2025, under a new ticker symbol, "CSW". The Company's common stock is expected to continue to trade on Nasdaq until the close of the market on Friday, June 6, 2025.
CSW Industrials board raises quarterly dividend 12.5% to 27c per share
The Board of Directors of CSW Industrials declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 17c per share. This represents an increase of 3c per share, or approximately 12.5%, as compared to the paid dividend in the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on May 9, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 25, 2025.
