Aspira Women's Health enters partnership with Dorsata
Aspira Women's Health and Dorsata announced the official launch of a new adnexal mass clinical decision support module in partnership with Dorsata, a leading women's health electronic health record software solutions company. Dorsata's platform is currently used by more than 700 women's health providers across over 300 practice sites in 20 states, helping clinicians standardize care delivery and improve outcomes through guided clinical workflows and real-time decision support for over 1.5 million patients each year. The module is now live and available as of June 2, 2025, to all Dorsata clients nationwide.
Aspira Women's Health provides update on ARPA-H Sprint program
Aspira Women's Health announces an update from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health's Sprint for Women's Health program initiative to address critical unmet needs in women's health. Aspira was originally awarded a $10 Million award through ARPA-H's Sprint for Women's Health to support the development of Aspira's ENDOinform test, a non-invasive blood draw-based multi-omics test utilizing protein and microRNA biomarkers, along with patient-specific data, to fuel a powerful, AI-powered algorithm to aid in the diagnosis of endometriosis in patients with symptoms of the disease. This test, leveraging technology and expertise originally developed by Aspira for ovarian cancer risk assessment diagnostics, promises the potential to non-invasively confirm presence of suspected endometriosis in patients, enabling physicians to identify patients who may benefit from endometriosis-controlling therapeutics currently available. The original ARPA-H contract was announced on October 24, 2024, and reflected $10 million divided into eight payments. The first two of those milestone payments, for $2 million and $1.5 million, were received on November 29, 2024, and March 28, 2025, respectively, for a total of $ 3.5 million from the ARPA-H program. On June 9, 2025, Aspira received notice from ARPA-H that ARPA-H and the assigned managing contractor, VentureWell, have determined that Aspira had not met the specifications of Milestone 3, and have therefore elected to terminate the ENDOinform development program contract.

Aspira Women's Health submits third development milestone of ARPA-H award
Aspira Women's Health announced the submission of its third development milestone of its Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health award. The third milestone focused heavily on additional analytical development steps. The milestone specifically required the completion of additional deliverables including a biomarker technical report, as well as the framework for a voice of customer study. Aspira is now eligible to receive an additional $1.5M cash payment under the terms of the related $10M agreement. Payment is expected to be received in the second half of the current fiscal quarter. ARPA-H's Sprint for Women's Health was created to address critical unmet challenges in women's health, champion transformative innovations, and tackle health conditions that uniquely or disproportionately affect women. Aspira is expected to receive a total of $10M in funding over two years through the Sprint for Women's Health launchpad track for later-stage health solutions. The Company's multi-marker blood test to aid in the detection of endometriosis, which it intends to launch commercially prior to the end of the contract term, will rely on a powerful AI-enabled algorithm that combines protein and microRNA biomarkers and patient data, and leverages technology that Aspira pioneered for its commercially successful ovarian cancer risk assessment blood tests.
Aspira Women's Health receives noncompliance notification from Nasdaq
Aspira Women's Health announced that the company received written notice from Nasdaq indicating that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has determined to delist the company's shares from Nasdaq due to the company's failure to meet Nasdaq's continued listing standards. As previously disclosed, the company has not been compliant with the requirements under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) to maintain a minimum of $2.5M in stockholders' equity for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Trading in the company's shares of common stock will be suspended on Nasdaq effective with the open of trading on Thursday, April 17.
