Streamline Health to acquire MDaudit for $37.4M in cash
MDaudit and Streamline Health Solutions announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which MDaudit will acquire Streamline in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $37.4 million, including debt. Pursuant to the terms of the merger agreement, MDaudit will acquire all outstanding shares of Streamline stock for $5.34 per share in cash, which represents a premium of 138% to Streamline's closing price on May 28, 2025, the last trading day prior to this announcement, and a premium of 117% to Streamline's 30-day volume-weighted average stock price as of May 28, 2025. At the effective time of the merger, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MDaudit will merge with and into Streamline, with Streamline surviving the merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MDaudit. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain customary closing conditions, including approval of the merger agreement by the Streamline stockholders. The transaction is not subject to a financing condition, and MDaudit intends to finance the transaction using a combination of cash on hand and available funds from existing credit facilities. The merger is expected to close during the third quarter of 2025.

Streamline Health announces new eValuator contract with Deaconess Health
Streamline Health Solutions announced that it has signed a new contract for the use of eValuator with Deaconess Health System, a 1,200 bed Indiana-based health system. Deaconess selected Streamline Health's eValuator solution to optimize its pre-bill coding accuracy and financial outcomes. "We were seeking automation to assist with improving coding and billing workflows as well as accuracy within the mid-revenue cycle. eValuator's unique capabilities stood apart and best fit our organizational priorities" stated Rebecca Conen, VP/Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, Healthcare Resource Solutions, LLC.
Streamline Health expands presence in Texas with 400-bed health system
Streamline Health Solutions announced that it has signed a new contract for the use of RevID with a 400-bed, Oracle Health-EHR based health system with facilities in Western Texas. The deal was closed in partnership with Oracle Health. "Texas is home to some of the nation's most forward-thinking healthcare providers, and is an ideal market for continued expansion," stated Ben Stilwill, Chief Executive Officer. "Our growing partnership with Oracle Health strengthens our ability to deliver pre-bill solutions that seamlessly integrate with leading EHR platforms. We look forward to extending our footprint across Texas and beyond."
