Kennedy Wilson Partners with Kenedix and Hulic to Acquire Carraway for $237M
Kennedy Wilson has partnered with Kenedix and Hulic to acquire Carraway, a 421-unit multifamily community in West Harrison, New York, for $237M. The acquisition further expands Kennedy Wilson's investment management platform and deepens its relationship with long-standing Japanese partners Kenedix and Hulic. "Carraway represents a rare opportunity to acquire a high-quality, recently constructed multifamily community in one of the most desirable suburban markets in the New York metropolitan area. The acquisition extends Kennedy Wilson's investment platform across the East Coast and expands our investment management platform alongside our valued partners Kenedix and Hulic," said William McMorrow, Chairman and CEO of Kennedy Wilson.
Kennedy Wilson Partners with Jamison to Deliver 4,000 Affordable Housing Units
Kennedy Wilson and Jamison have entered a new strategic partnership with plans to deliver 4,000 affordable housing units across Los Angeles through adaptive reuse and ground up construction. The partnership is between Jamison's newly launched affordable housing division, Arden Residential, and Kennedy Wilson's affordable housing development joint venture, Vintage Housing.
Fairfax Financial Completes All-Cash Acquisition of Kennedy-Wilson
Kennedy-Wilson (KW) announced the successful closing of the previously announced all-cash acquisition of Kennedy Wilson by Fairfax Financial (FRFHF), William McMorrow, Chairman and CEO of Kennedy Wilson, and certain other senior executives of Kennedy Wilson pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of February 16, 2026. The transaction was approved by Kennedy Wilson stockholders in a special meeting held on Wednesday, June 10. Under the terms of the Merger Agreement, holders of Kennedy Wilson common stock outside of the new ownership group will receive $10.90 per share in cash.

A consortium led by KW's CEO with Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited is acquiring Kennedy-Wilson Holdings in a deal expected to close soon, pending final closing conditions.
Kennedy Wilson Forms €2B Joint Venture with APG
Kennedy Wilson announced the formation of a new residential joint venture with APG, on behalf of, amongst others, Dutch pension fund ABP to create a EUR 2B residential development and asset management platform. The venture will encompass more than 3,400 private rented homes across both operating and development assets. Upon completion of the developments, Kennedy Wilson's owned and managed Irish portfolio will extend to approximately 6,900 residential units. The joint venture comprises two investment opportunities. The first sees Kennedy Wilson acquire a minority equity interest in APG's existing Cherrywood portfolio in south Dublin, one of Ireland's largest multi-family communities. The over 1,100-unit portfolio is already fully developed and occupied, and APG will retain a majority interest. The second will also see Kennedy Wilson acquire a minority equity interest in, and develop and deliver, approximately 2,300 new private rented sector units across the Player Wills, Bailey Gibson and Clonliffe sites. Each site holds full planning permission, with construction commencing immediately on over 700 units at the former Player Wills cigarette factory on the South Circular Road in Dublin 8. Construction on the remaining 1,500+ units across the Bailey Gibson and Clonliffe schemes is expected to commence early 2027.
