AGNT Completes Corporate Transformation, Officially Renamed to AGNT, Inc.
AGNT announced the completion of its corporate transformation, including the official renaming of the Company from eXp World Holdings, Inc. to AGNT, Inc. and the Company's redomestication from Delaware to Texas.
eXp World Acquires NextHome and Renames to AGNT
eXp World Holdings has acquired NextHome, a national real estate franchise. In conjunction with this acquisition, eXp World Holdings, Inc. will officially begin trading under the new ticker symbol "AGNT" on the Nasdaq Global Market effective at the market open on May 8, 2026. eXp Realty Agents Can Syndicate 'Coming Soon' Listings on National Portals
eXp Realty announced that beginning April 15, agents will have the power to syndicate, on a non-exclusive basis, "Coming Soon" listings to premier national portals like Realtor.com, Homes.com, and ComeHome.com. By bridging the gap between "pre-market" and "public-facing," eXp is redefining how agents generate early demand and deliver unparalleled exposure for their clients. Starting April 15, eXp agents can, at their client's request, place "Coming Soon" listings on Realtor.com, Homes.com, and ComeHome.com, subject to compliance with the rules and guidelines of their local MLS. These listings will be distributed through an integrated third-party listing distribution platform, Zenlist, allowing agents to share key property details and photos during the approved coming soon period.
eXp Realty Appoints New CTO and Chief Brokerage Officer
eXp Realty, the core subsidiary of eXp World Holdings, announced two executive promotions designed to accelerate the company's mission of empowering agents globally. Carrie Lysenko, previously Chief Executive Officer of Zoocasa, has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer of eXp Realty. Additionally, Holly Mabery, previously Senior Vice President of Brokerage Operations, has been elevated to the newly created role of Chief Brokerage Officer. Both leaders will report directly to Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty.
