Teleflex Signs National Purchasing Agreement with Premier for Central Venous Access Products
Teleflex Incorporated (TFX) has been awarded a national group purchasing agreement for central venous access products with Premier, Inc (PINC). Effective July 1, 2026, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for select Teleflex products, including short-term central venous catheters, arterial catheter products, and intraosseous vascular access solutions.

Shareholders of Premier endorse acquisition by Patient Square Capital
Premier announced that, at the company's Special Meeting of Stockholders, Premier stockholders approved the previously announced acquisition of the company by an affiliate of Patient Square Capital, a dedicated health care investment firm. Approximately 99% of shares voted were voted in favor of the transaction. This represents approximately 79% of the total outstanding shares of Premier common stock as of October 21, 2025, the record date for voting at the Special Meeting.
Premier retracts earlier FY26 guidance.
The company previously announced the signing of a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Patient Square Capital. As a result of the pending acquisition, Premier is withdrawing previously issued, and is no longer providing, fiscal-year 2026 guidance.
