CoinShares Begins Trading on Nasdaq under Ticker CSHR
CoinShares (CSHR), a leading global asset manager specializing in digital assets with over $6B in assets under management, announced that it began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market in the United States under the ticker symbol "CSHR". The U.S. listing was effected through a business combination between CoinShares International Limited, Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. (VCIC), and CoinShares, which now serves as the publicly listed parent company on Nasdaq. "Today CoinShares begins a new chapter. After more than a decade of building institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure in Europe, we are bringing that expertise to the world's largest capital market," said Jean-Marie Mognetti, co-Founder, president and CEO of CoinShares. "But this listing is about more than a change of venue. It reflects the strategic evolution of CoinShares from a pure-play ETP provider into a diversified asset manager specializing in digital assets. We are continuing our development whilst diversifying both our product and revenue mix, including new capabilities in listed asset management, active alternative strategies and decentralized finance".

CoinShares Merges with Vine Hill Capital, Welcomes France's AMF Opening Retail Crypto ETNs
CoinShares (CNSRF), which has announced a merger with Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp (VCIC), welcomes France's AMF decision to open retail access to regulated crypto ETNs. Europe's crypto exchange-traded product market is entering a new growth phase as regulators and major financial institutions across the continent move to expand retail investor access. "Europe's crypto ETN market is opening up, not slowing down," said Jean-Marie Mognetti, CEO of CoinShares. "The U.S. led with spot ETF approvals, but Europe pioneered this sector, which we created with the first regulated Bitcoin ETP in 2015. The challenge has been fragmentation: retail access varied dramatically country by country, preventing consistent adoption despite Europe's ten-year head start. What we're seeing now in France, the UK, and the Nordics is that a cohesive unified policy is beginning to take shape, with more and more barriers breaking down every year. For global investors, Europe's opportunity isn't behind us, it's just becoming accessible. CoinShares built this market and we intend to lead it. CoinShares set to purchase Bastion Asset Management located in London.
Vine Hill Capital's (VCIC) merger partner CoinShares (CNSRF) announced the acquisition of Bastion Asset Management, a London-based, FCA-regulated crypto-focused alternative investment manager. Following completion of the acquisition, Bastion will be fully integrated into CoinShares, with its strategies, team, and capabilities becoming part of the expanded CoinShares platform. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority. The acquisition of Bastion represents another step towards CoinShares' strategic objective to become a global leading asset manager specializing in digital assets. As part of the transaction, Bastion CIO Fred Desobry and CEO Philip Scott will join CoinShares upon completion and support CoinShares' scaling and expansion initiatives.
