QMMM Holdings Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice
QMMM Holdings announced that on June 17, the company received a Staff Delisting Determination from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq, notifying the company that Nasdaq has determined to delist the company's securities pursuant to its discretionary authority contained in Nasdaq Listing Rule IM-5101-4. In addition, Nasdaq asserts that the company's delay in filing Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 serves as an independent basis for delisting under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The company intends to appeal the staff determination by filing a request for oral hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, QMMM stated.

The Nasdaq Stock Market (NDAQ) announced that it has notified QMMM Holdings (QMMM) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market on June 24, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. The securities will remain halted, and unavailable to trade, until any appeal is resolved, and the securities are removed from Nasdaq. Following removal from Nasdaq the securities may be eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market.
