NanoVibronix Changes Name to ENvue Medical and Ticker to FEED
NanoVibronix announced that it will change its corporate name from NanoVibronix to ENvue Medical, effective December 12, and primary focus on its ENvue feeding-tube placement system. The company's ticker for its common stock, listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, will also change to (FEED) which will begin trading under the new symbol beginning with the market open on the same day, December 12.

The patent protects the company's proprietary systems and methods for guiding the insertion of medical devices such as feeding tubes using electromagnetic positioning technology.

NanoVibronix announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent No. 12,402,953 B2 on September 2 to ENvue Medical, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The patent protects the company's proprietary method of overlaying electromagnetic navigation data directly onto real-time medical imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, ultrasound and MRI. This newly granted patent fortifies ENvue's intellectual property portfolio and protects key technology designed to help clinicians visualize the live path of a feeding tube or catheter directly on medical images.
NanoVibronix announces reverse stock split
NanoVibronix announced that it intends to effect a reverse stock split of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share at a ratio of 1 post-split share for every 10 pre-split shares. The reverse stock split will become effective at 4:05 p.m. ET on Monday, August 11. The company's common stock will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol NAOV and will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on Tuesday, August 12.
NanoVibronix to sell two ENvue Navigation Systems to hospital in New York
NanoVibronix announced that a regional acute care hospital in upstate New York has signed an agreement to acquire two ENvue Navigation Systems through its ENvue Medical division. The systems, which are currently expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2025, will support bedside placement of nasoenteric feeding tubes in adult patients.
