Reports Q4 revenue $0.7M vs. $52,000 last year. The Company also announced it has secured an additional $1.5M financing during the quarter, with an option to increase the financing to $2.5M. AppTech Payments granted extension for continued Nasdaq listing
AppTech Payments received notice from the Nasdaq Hearings Advisor that the Hearings Panel has granted the company's request to continue its listing on Nasdaq, subject to the company meeting certain conditions, including filing on or before March 31, a public disclosure describing that the shareholders' equity deficiency has been cured and the company plans on including the detailed requested information in its 2023 10-K filing anticipated to be filed on or before March 15. The company was also given until May 5 to regain compliance with Nasdaq's $1 minimum bid price per share requirement.
AppTech Payments CEO Luke D'Angelo resigns, CFO Meilin Yu departs
AppTech Payments has accepted the resignation of Luke D'Angelo, as the company's CEO and Executive Director effective December 24, 2024. D'Angelo will continue his employment as Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. The company has appointed Thomas DeRosa to serve as Interim CEO. DeRosa has served as Executive Director of Product & Project Management since August 2023. On December 24, Meilin Yu's "Julia Yu" employment with and service as CFO and Treasurer of AppTech Payments Corp. ended. The company's Board of Directors appointed Felipe Corrado IV to serve as CFO and Treasurer of the company. Corrado will serve as the company's principal financial officer in this capacity. Corrado has served the company in various financial roles for about 3 years.
